Key Responsibilities

Insurance Estimating & Scoping

Inspect properties to assess damage related to insurance claims (water, fire, mold, storm, vandalism, etc.)
Develop detailed repair scopes based on damage, policy coverage, and restoration standards
Prepare accurate estimates using insurance-approved estimating software
Ensure estimates align with carrier guidelines, pricing standards, and local codes

Claims Documentation & Coordination

Document damages thoroughly with photos, notes, measurements, and reports
Prepare and submit estimates, supplements, and revisions to insurance carriers
Communicate with adjusters to explain scope, pricing, and necessary repairs
Respond to requests for additional documentation or clarification
